Volunteers in 4 medical center gift shops provide retail service to visitors,staff and patients by providing that extra touch of care in such a stressful and uncertain environment.

Lots of 2011 Auxiliary 021The ability to smile under pressure, a desire to assist visitors and staff, and excellent customer service skills are a must. Appropriate verbal skills and a good energy level are always appreciated.

Opportunities:
Exemplifying excellent Customer service
Assisting with merchandise selections
Cash register and computer (will train)
Re-stock shelves as needed
Deliver flowers for special occasions
Answer phone inquiries
Assist manager as needed with pricing, etc.
